Tony uses a small contact wheel with sand paper taped to it to finish up the blade. Tony grinds his bevels with a 14" contact wheel and says, when hand finishing, the smaller contact wheel helps to keep from washing out the lines on the blade, keeping the grinds crisp. Tony doesn't use a buffer to finish a blade.
